Mula-mula semuanya berjalan lancar tanpa masalah tapi bila masuk bahagian <em>Course Content <\/em>ada satu masalah yang memeningkan kepala.<\/p>\n<p>Masalahnya ialah, bila pensyarah nak <em>download<\/em> nota, dia kata <strong>Could not download the file. <\/strong>Yang memeningkan kepala lagi adalah, cuma sesetengah pensyarah sahaja yang mengalami masalah ini. Ada yang ok, ada yang tidak &#8230;.. huhuhuhu memang serabut.<\/p>\n<p>Pada awalnya aku syak yang <em>folder download<\/em> pensyarah ini terlupa di<em>create<\/em>. So aku pun terjah masuk ke dalam <em>server <\/em>dan <em>check<\/em>, memang betul pun, <em>folder download<\/em> dia tak wujud. Aku cuba create folder dengan <em>command<\/em> <strong>mkdir<\/strong> tapi aku dapat <em>error<\/em> ni:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>% sudo mkdir blah<br \/>\nCannot create directory &#8216;blah&#8217;: Too many links<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>First time aku tengok <em>error<\/em> macam ni, bingong kejap jadinya. Google sana google sini baru aku paham. Rupa-rupanya ada <em>limitation<\/em> pada number of <em>subdirectories<\/em> yang boleh di<em>create<\/em> dalam sesuatu <em>directory<\/em>. Untuk <em>filesystem<\/em> ext3, didalam sesuatu directory cuma boleh ada <em>maximum<\/em> 32000 <em>subdirectories<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Nombor ni memang telah diukir dan dipahat dalam <em>source code<\/em> jadi kalau nak ubah boleh, cuma perlu <em>recompile kernel<\/em>. Since aku rasa ada <em>reason<\/em> yang berkaitan dengan <em>performance<\/em> mengapa <em>developer<\/em>2 <em>filesystem<\/em> ini set kan <em>maximum<\/em>, aku mengambil jalan untuk tidak r<em>ecompile kernel<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Aku set kan je kat cron untuk <em>empty <\/em>kan <em>subdirectories<\/em> dalam <em>directory<\/em> tu bila sampai masanya.
